History:
Job Connect started in december 2007 in Sibiu as a recruitment company. At the beginning of the year 2009, we began to diversify our services according to our clients needs.

Tasks:
- Understand customer requirements for support services;
- Analyze information and develop solutions to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements;
- Handle all incoming customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in team huddles and required trainings.
Cerinte
The ideal candidate:
- Fluency in German and good command of English is a must;
- Proactive in solving day to day issues;
