- Identifying and contacting potential clients from USA;
- Updating calls within a database;
- Promoting company products and services;
- Meeting monthly targets;
- Providing customer support and assistance when necessary;
- Writing business emails;
- Reporting weekly on all activities.
Cerinte
- Perfect command of English (spoken/written), preferably with American accent;
- Perfect command of French (for one position that requires both English and French);
- Good telephone manners;
- Prior sales experience preferred;
- Microphone and Headphones;
- Skype Account;
- High speed internet connection (You will carry out your duties from home;)
- PC & Internet research experience;
- Availability to work evenings, work program 16.00 - 00.00;
- Honest, hard-working, professional and diligent.
